My name is Melanie, I am 30 years old.
And a proud mother of a lovely little son and two beautiful daughters.
My drawing passion was born when I was very young.
For example, on my 4th year I won a “drawing” competition.
Drawing has always remained with me.
This in combination with my love for animals is the reason that I mainly make animal portraits. And my great passion for horses therefore also means that my specialization at the moment are horse portraits.
However, I never expected to make from drawing my full-time job.
Especially since I haven’t drawn much for years.
But since my pregnancy I have found peace again to pick up the pencils.
And because of my son I decided to do this full time.
So on 08-03-2018 I was officially registered at the Chamber of Commerce as an artist.
Everyone continues to learn their whole life.
That is how I keep learning and my portraits will improve in technique and quality every time
